Welcome to La Dolce Notte. A three-day celebration in the place where we got engaged, laughed, bickered and had the best two weeks of our lives.

This weekend isn’t about schedules or rules.
It’s about slow food, good wine, late conversations, loud laughter, candlelight, dancing, swimming, resting, and being surrounded by the people who have shaped every version of us. Think less “wedding” and more greatest hits, Sicily edition:
swim, sip, play, reset, dance, repeat.

3:00 pm: Checkin

At Grand Hotel Baia Verde or Casa La Carrubbazza.

4:00 pm: Swim & Aperitivo (optional)

Outdoor Pool Bar, Baia Verde. Guest passes and changing rooms are available for Casa guests.

7:30 pm: Welcome Drinks & Dinner

L’Oleandro Terrace, Baia Verde.

10:00pm: Kick-ons

Drinks & music at the Baia Verde Hotel Bar.

Midnight: Bus to Casa

For anyone staying at Casa La Carrubbazza the bus will pick us up at midnight to return.

Dress Code for Dinner: Cocktail, breezy linen shirts, summer cocktail dresses, and flat sandals.

Logistics: For those staying at Casa La Carrabuzza, we have guest passes for the pool area and you can use the changing rooms at the hotel located near the pool and restaurant to change. If you want to kick on later (*cough Sean*), Mama Sea is a 5 minute walk from Baia Verde - but you will need to order a taxi home.

4:00 pm: Bus Departs

All Baia Verde guests meet outside Hotel Baia Verde. The bus leaves 4pm sharp for Casa La Carrubbazza.

4:30 pm: Arrival Drinks

Olive Terrace.

5:00 pm: Ceremony

Upper Terrace.

5:30 pm: Cocktail Hour

Champagne, antipasti, drinks, sunset and music on the Sundial Terrace.

8:00 pm: Dinner, Wine & Speeches

On the lawn.

10:00pm: Cocktails & dancing

Midnight snack at 12:00 AM. Bus shuttle service starts at 11:00pm and continue to 3:00am.

Dress Code: Summer Formal. What does this mean, well for women, cocktail dresses or long silk dresses are perfect. For men, no ties are required - think a light blazer, chinos, linen shirts, and boat shoes. The goal is to look smart but also to stay cool during the ceremony and move freely on the dance floor.

Logistics: For the girls at Baia Verde, bring your dancing shoes to reception in the shoe bag provided, with your tag attached, and we’ll make sure they get on the bus. When you’re ready to hit the dance floor, simply swap your shoes and pop the pair you’ve been wearing back into the bag. We’ll make sure they’re returned to Baia Verde and ready for you to collect from reception the next morning.

A slow recovery day back at Casa La Carrubbazza

2 pm: Pool Party

Come and go whenever you like between 2 PM and 8 PM. We will have drinks, pizza and gelato.

Dress Code: Casual. Embrace total comfort. swimmers, hats and sunglasses are mandatory, and shoes are strictly optional.

Logistics: Given many people are continuing their trips or headed home today, there will be no organised transport on Sunday, so please make your own way to and from Casa. If you need a lift from Baia Verde to Casa please put it in the WhatsApp group as many will be driving that way so car pool will be easy!

Even if you aren't staying at Baia Verde, this will be our main shuttle hub for the weekend. There is parking/taxi drop-off available nearby if you are coming from elsewhere in Catania / Aci Castello.
