La
Dolce
Notte

The Weekend
Welcome to La Dolce Notte. A three-day celebration in the place where we got engaged, laughed, bickered and had the best two weeks of our lives.
This weekend isn’t about schedules or rules.
It’s about slow food, good wine, late conversations, loud laughter, candlelight, dancing, swimming, resting, and being surrounded by the people who have shaped every version of us. Think less “wedding” and more greatest hits, Sicily edition:
swim, sip, play, reset, dance, repeat.

The After Glow
Welcome dinner at Hotel Baia Verde.
Dress Code: breezy linen shirts, summer sundresses, and flat sandals.
Logistics: For those already in town or staying at Hotel Baia Verde, we’ll be hanging out by the pool all afternoon. Feel free to come by early, grab a sun lounger, and join us!
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception at Casa La Carrubbazza.
Dress Code: "lightweight formal". What does this mean, well for women, cocktail dresses or long silk dresses are perfect. For men, no ties are required - think a light blazer, chinos, linen shirts, and boat shoes. The goal is to look smart but also to stay cool during the ceremony and move freely on the dance floor.
Logistics: For those staying at Hotel Baia Verde, we have organised a shuttle to take everyone to Casa La Carrubbazza. Exact times will be in your welcome pack. The shuttle will make return trips from the venue back to Hotel Baia Verde throughout the night starting from midnight.
p.s if you are looking for a hairdresser, there is one at the Four Points by Sheraton Catania called Sun & Beauty
A slow recovery day back at Casa La Carrubbazza
Dress Code: Embrace total comfort. swimmers, hats and sunglasses are mandatory, and shoes are strictly optional.
Logistics: The shuttle will again pick up from Hotel Baia Verde and return you later in the afternoon/night.
Even if you aren't staying at Baia Verde, this will be our main shuttle hub for the weekend. There is parking/taxi drop-off available nearby if you are coming from elsewhere in Catania / Aci Castello.

Casa La Carrubbazza
In Sicily, between the sea and Mount Etna, there’s a rhythm to life that stretches the day and softens the night.
When it came time to choose where to gather, we looked for a place that could hold that same feeling.
Casa La Carrubbazza is a restored 19th-century villa - wrapped in citrus trees and stone walls that have held centuries of Sicilian summers. Warm, worn-in, and quietly spectacular, it felt like the right setting for a long night celebrating together.
This gathering has one purpose:
to bring together the people who carried us through eleven years of growing up, moving cities, changing careers, burning dinners, making up, breaking down, finding our feet, losing our minds, and becoming who we are now. We’re planning a weekend shaped by slow food, good wine, late conversations, loud laughter, candlelight, the chaos of dancing, and the deep comfort of being surrounded by the people who have shaped every version of us.
We hope you feel the magic of Sicily the way we did - not because it’s perfect, but because it invites you to slow down and be fully yourself.
